I've seen it quite a lot on Boehm/Boehm variants, but not on
Simple/German. I'd love to be shown different! Riffling through the
Shackleton catalogue again this morning, now I'm more awake, shows 2. A
Rampone 15-key enhanced simple system 'A' c. 1920, where the keys are gven
as "G#3/Eb5;F3/C5;Eb3", and a Quilter 14-key enhanced simple system 'Bb'
given as 1883-1925 and the keys given as "G#3/Eb5;F3/C5;E3/B4". The rest
of the keywork on both is significantly different. If they were fairly
common I think I would have expected Nick to obtain one somewhere!
