The "basic" D6 fingering given here:
http://www.wfg.woodwind.org/clarinet/cl_bas_3.html

i.e.

R
x o
x
x
---
x
o
o
G#

(... using the fingering notation adoped by Philip Rehfeldt in "New
Directions for Clarinet").

I'm sure that's possible on the same fingering -- this particular dyad
really needs a reduced lip pressure and quite reduced air pressure as
well, it sounds (for me at least) only at very quiet dynamics.

There are some quite fun things that can be done with multiphonic trills
where you start the trill using the lower partials and gradually bring
in the higher ones as well .... try this this one:

R R
x x
x /C# / x /C#
--- / ---
x / x
x o
o o

Start with quiet dynamic -- you'll get a lower-pitched higher note,
something along the lines of a trill between F#-G on the top of the
staff, and then add air pressure -- the upper partials will come in and
you'll go from 2 notes to 3 or more and then come out with just an
altissimo F#-G trill.

Well, there is another high-D fingering which goes something like this:

R
o x
x
x
---
x
o
x
G#

(... if that makes sense), and that produces a G-D dyad.

Hope so. This F#-D is a multiphonic I remember being pretty reliable
pitch-wise, so it's annoying to find it not working :-(

Best wishes,
