Agreed. They corks and probably pads should be replaced.

Amati is a quite a reasonable make, which are usually much better than their
price. Their intonation was dodgy at some periods of their history, so a
tech overhaul and tuning would be worthwhile.

The oiling would be included, but woodwind stores do sell bore oil. Just a
thin layer applied on a swab. And destrpy the swab or keep in in an airtight
can afterwards, as some oils will spontaneously ignite when drying out.

I would have a professional repair tech take a look at it. It probably needs
new pads, as well as corks.
