Check the Weiner Music or Woodwind/Brasswind sites. I couldn't get on
WWBW, but check Weiner. Some of the mouthpieces have tip specs. However, I'd
recommend calling the clarinet guru at either store and get whatever
information they can provide. I know Weiner has a tryout policy that you might
want to use (WWBW may have one also). With a credit card, Weiner will send
you three mouthpieces for you to try. You send back whichever you don't
want to keep. I've known people who've used their program and it works well.

I'm using an old, Kalman Opperman Eb mouthpiece I bought from one of my
coaches and since Opperman passed away a year or so ago (in his 90s)(and
probably quit making custom mouthpieces long before that, even though he was
still teaching), should you find one, even used, try it out (after
disinfecting, of course) and see if it doesn't serve you well. Otherwise, there are
several high line Eb clarinet mouthpiece makers who you've probably checked
out already.

and the switch is working very well, so I'd like to see if that improves
