At a Europe-wide gathering of pipers held in Armagh, the delegation from the
island of Sardinia said they taught children by getting them to blow through
a drinking straw with one end inside a glass of water. When they get a good
steady stream of bubbles, then they''re allowed to go on to next level.
Haven't tried it myself....
