I have a Carl Fischer : Pleyel - Six Little Duets for two clarinets
with no opus number. How do I know if it is the work that you
seek? Number one is marked "Grazioso", is in 3/4 time and C major,
and begins with a dotted quarter E (top space) followed by sixteenth
F E, eighth D, sixteenth rest sixteenth E. It was published in 1950.

Actually now that I look, it is by J. Pleyel. I think the big cahuna
Pleyel was I. Pleyel.

The duets are quite simple.
