Ah, so it appears that this clarinet is probably 2008 or newer. I guess I was lucky to get it used!! it was already "broken in" and of course a lower price for the same quality.

My A clarinet is clearly new. My Bb is either 1983 or 1986 but it looks like a civil war relic (partly my fault). Surprisngly though, they play very similarly except for the difference of key action.
