I am almost 80 and started to reply about that. Then, it
occured to me that Stabley Drucker is older than I. I guess
Michele Zukovsky has already left the list so I shall report
that Kalman Bloch did a nice job at the Clarinetfest in
Vancouver when he was 91! So hang in there, Oliver. It seems
like clarinetists go very young (egs Ralph McLane, Harold
Wright, Robert Marcellus) or quire old. And. Oliver, you are
no longer young.
