Don't you know someone who is proficient enough at sewing to design and
make a bag for a reasonable cost if there are no others made for it? (Keep
in mind that designer/sewers no longer expect to get $2 an hour, even though
people think all sewing is fast and nearly free.)

I like the Hercules stands in general, I just bought one of the bigger
sax/clarinet stands but it seems to me that the bass clarinet stand
holds the instrument at a strange angle and would take up more room
than the K & M.
