Fred

In the years the Evette/Schaffer were manufactured, Buffet made three levels of "student" instruments.
The Evette/Schaffer was the best of the three. It's model number was the E-13. The next instrument down, the Evette
Master-Model, was the E-12 and the entry level instrument, simply called the Evette, E-11. I don't know about B or K
models....they may have preceded the E designation. The E-11 was manufactured in Germany, for Buffet. That factory still
produces that clarinet under their company name (now).
