Hello everyone

Yesterday I posted a video of a legato exercise Floyd Williams taught me over 15 years ago and gave me the idea to post to this list. I have known Floyd nearly 25 years and been a student nearly 20 years. He has been the biggest influence on my clarinet playing and I still look to him for guidance. I think it is a mark of a truly great teacher when, last night as I re-recorded the Mozart Concerto which I will not post here, you know where my YouTube channel is, it is still uploading, that I could still hear his guiding words in certain phrases.

This is the Abato exercise he taught me eighteen years ago, which I have modified to suit different technical needs. Many thanks Floyd, you are a legend!
