You say that it is working but is it working to its best? After 15 years
that is unlikely & you do say it has some sticky keys. That along with
tuning & playing generally being difficult can mean that there are leaks. G
et it checked out by a competent repairer & I am 100% certain that you will
discover a lot of the problems will go away.

My teacher taught me the "smile" embouchure more than 50 years ago. But,
per Larry Guy's book, this is no longer in favor.
