A number of people have asked me about this book. At this point, I am
probably not going to carry it. It is an expensive book ($100+) and the
publisher said they would only give me a small discount. With the
shipping costs I would probably have to sell it for at least $150 to
make any money. I contacted Sparnaay and he was unable to help.

Those interested in this book may want to get it directly from the
publisher and perhaps
combine orders with a few friends to possibly save on shipping costs.
