My recollection of looking at all 6 of these a few years ago is that they
live mostly in the clarion and altissimo registers, rarely going below the
break. Apparently, from what I remember reading, the two registers had not
by the time Molter wrote these concerti been homogenized enough to make both
the clarion and chalumeau registers well enough in tune either within
themselves or with each other for both to be acceptable in lyrical contexts.

I've never heard of this composer or concerto before. I wanted to share it
with the list and see if anyone had information on it. For example, if
someone played it before, how it is to play.

I was also curious, the youtube user that uploaded it said the title was
"for Sopranino Clarinet" Would this have been for Clarinet in D since it is
in D major?

I also like it becuase I think it sounds like something I might write.
