I mentioned on this list several months ago that I had not been able to
find a good stand light that worked both on a stand and on a piano.
Based on the recommendations of the list, I bought the Gig Light, and
you folks were right. It's bright, it's way more flexible than my other
lights, and the base is stable enough to sit on top of a piano without
scooting around.
