Usually, yes, but not always. Don't copy French horn in F, as horns are very
often written without key signature and use accidentals. Same as cor anglais
(English horn). But the third part of basset horn trios is more usually
written in the bass clef - certainly a player needs to read bass clef to
avoid a nasty surprise!

It's always written in treble clef. Same as French Horn in F, I would
assume.
