About Alexander! My teacher, prof. Elisabeth Sigurdsson, a well-known clarinetist i Scandinavia in the sixties and seventies, were forced to stop her playing because of over-all tensions in her body. She tried a lot of therapies, but was not helped before she became aware of the Alexander tecnique.
