There is no reason why it can't be thus. However, when you posted your
Mozart, you essentially said something like "what do you think?"
Perhaps unintentionally, you asked for review and criticism.

I would like to ask you to think about this in another way. Dan is,
quite literally, one of the world's foremost authorities on Mozart's
clarinet works. You had a rare opportunity to have your interpretation
reviewed by someone who cares exquisitely about that literature. You
had, essentially, a private master class. There are people who pay
money to get that kind of review, and it would be a terrible shame for
you to discard his advice just because you found it uncomfortable.
