Dan,
That information would not be in the orchestra library but would be in the
PO archives. The Association no longer hires an archivist so I would
suggest contacting the PO Communications dept; Darrin T. Britting, Associate
Director dbritting(at)philorch(dot)org. As archives is not his main job
he will answer your question as soon as he has time.

For the record The Principal Librarians of the Philadelphia Orchestra since
1900 have been
Juilus G. Kumme 1900 -1901 also Viola.
? 1901 - 1903.
August H. Rodemann 1903 - 1907 also Flute.
C. Stanley Mackey 1907 -1915 also Tuba.
Harry A. Wiegand 1915 - 1929.
Marshall Betz 1929 - 1934.
Lucien Calliet 1934 -1935 also Clar and Bass Clarinet (1916-1938).
Marshall Betz 1935 - 1946.
Jesse C. Taynton 1946 - 1979.
Clinton F. Nieweg 1979 - 2003.
Robert M. Grossman 2003 - present.
