I would like to reiterate Mr. Backun's statement that WWBW is reputable. As I purposely said "sitting in a warehouse in anytown, USA" not to incriminate WWBW becuase who knows what the story is. I bought my A clarinet from WWBW (it's even used) and so far it's been a fantastic instrument.

I also cleared the Backun name in my previous post titled "The backun experience"

The main purpose of my original post was to determine a possible reason for the cracking and a safe way to get the barrel off of my clarinet. Not to try to make anyone's company look bad.
