The associated Board in the UK offers an excellent piece of software to
enable you to slow down CD tracks keeping the correct pitch or if you wish
changing the pitch. It is free and it works.

Try this free software from the Associated Board ~

You can change the speed or the pitch (or both) of a CD or MP3 track. Very
easy to use.
