Palisades Virtuosi in Concert on January 23 at Nyack Library in Nyack, =

New York

Ridgewood, NJ - The critically-acclaimed Palisades Virtuosi will present =

a special birthday concert for composer John Lampkin on Sunday, January =

23 =96 7:30 PM at The Nyack Library, 59 S. Broadway in Nyack,, New York. =

This performance is presented by Carnegie Room Concerts.

The program will feature several of Mr. Lampkin=92s pieces, including the =

award-winning George Washington Slept Here! - one of the Virtuosi=92s most =

popular commissioned works. They will also perform two other trios, =

Sonata Cho-Cho San by Michael Webster, a work based on themes from =

Madame Butterfly; and Trio [1989] by Nancy Bloomer-Deussen.

The Palisades Virtuosi, consisting of flutist Margaret Swinchoski, =

clarinetist Donald Mokrynski and pianist Ron Levy, is a 501 (c)(3) =

organization established to promote and enrich the repertoire for flute, =

newly-commissioned repertoire for this configuration (each of their =

concerts includes a work commissioned by the ensemble), supplemented by =
