ClarinEAFIT 2011

We invite all Colombian and foreign clarinet
players to participate in the II Clarinet Festival ClarinEAFIT 2011, =

which will be held in the campus of EAFIT University in Medell=EDn, =

Colombia between March 19 and 21, 2010.

The first time =

ClarinEAFIT took place, the audience's response exceeded our =

expectations. During four days the most distinguished Colombian =

professors performed in over 30 recitals, 8 master classes, conferences,
commercial exhibitions and a clarinet chorus. Over 170 clarinet players
from different regions of Colombia assisted. This year the master =

classes will be given by Fernando Silveira (Brasil), Victoria Luperi =

(Argentina =96 United States) and Javier Asdr=FAbal Vinasco (Colombia), as =

well as outstanding local players eager to perform. =

ClarinEAFIT
is an academic and artistic event that aims to contribute to the =

unity, update and spread of knowledge, stimulate national talent and =

improve the formation of Colombian clarinet players.
