Could anyone discuss the various models now available of the student line
Buffet E-11's There are evidently 2 models, both marked E-11, but one costs
about twice the amount of the other. (In the D.C. area they are costing
approximately $500 and $1000) I have heard that the cheaper one has "Chinese
keys" and it is indeed not of the quality of the former E-11's when they
were made in Germany. The wood almost looks plastic and is much lighter
weight. I understand both are made in France now.

Parents shopping for these for their students are confused, thinking there
is just one E-11, of course.
