Gary,

I meant that it looks like it could be the concerto by Uhl. However,
I think he is (was?) a clarinetist, so in light of those awkward
tremoli, maybe not.

The lack of any rests suggests to me that it was for solo clarinet. If
it was from an etude book it would have had to have been the first piece
in the book since the previous page was page 2 (and we don't have the
first page).
