I was reading the NY Times obituary for Benny Goodman
<http://www.nytimes.com/learning/general/onthisday/bday/0530.html?scp=1&sq=%22benny%20goodman%22%20obituary&st=cse>,
in which it was said that Reginald Kell had him change fingerings, for
which he had his finger callouses surgically removed.

Does anyone know about this?
