Since this subject won't seem to die, I'll toss in my two cents worth.
Purely
personal opinions. On other comments:

Leonard Bernstein: While I find (found?) some of his movements to be a bit
silly,
they still seem to indicate what he wanted from the players. Nothing he did
seemed overly complicated, given the meaning he was conveying and to whom
he was conveying it, and it was usually entertaining to watch and wonderful
to
hear..

Gustavo Dudamel: I don't care for his conducting. I think he's trying to
copy
LB, but not really suceeding at it.

Arturo Toscanini: Loved his conducting and his interpretation.

Martin Frost: Out of curiosity, I searched for his name with K622 II. He
doesn't move excessively, at least in that, and the performance was
marvelous. Some of the other recordings are truly Strange, with a
capital S!

Sabine Meyer: First, I think she's a wonderful clarinetist. I have several
of
her CDs,

But, I watched the clip that was in the first message. My first impression
was
that she must have stomach cramps. I think her movements were dreadully
distracting. I moved some, when I was playing, but I don't think I ever
bent
my knees and halfway over at the waist, all at the same time.;

My second impression was that there had been some type of screw-up. She's
not playing the clarinet part -- or that clarinet part. I know somebody
said
that sometimes in Youtube, there's a moment or two where the audio &
the video didn't sync, but none of it in this recording is in sync. Also,
the
fingering doesn't seem to match.. It looks really strange.
