Me? I'm on a Buffet RC Prestige, Selmer C 95 130 mouthpiece, Vandoren V12 4
strength reeds. But that is what works for me. Really, you have to have in
your mind the concept of what you want to sound like first, and then use
equipment that makes that end easier. I could play you a recording of myself
10 years ago, and you would not recognise the sound as coming from the same
performer, same set up and everything, but 10 years ago a very airy not
terribly focussed sound, compared to the sound you heard today. All to do
with concept of sound, and also being a helluva lot happier person these
days.

I'm sure the learned members of the group could enlighten you further, but
you might want to check out my website www.kathywilliams76.com I have just
put the audio recording of the concert on there.

And please don't transcribe Amazing Grace, Gary Van Cott sells it
www.vcisinc.com for a very reasonable price.

I am new here to this domaine and I would like to ask you what sort of a

clarinet and a mouthpiece are you using- if it is not a very private

information. I am lookig for a certain colour of the sound because I am

about to buy a new clarinet and your answer wpould help me. Oh, yes, the

Amazing grace vas fine. I think I will transcribe it.

Matija
