No, it IS instantaneous. The only time it appears as if it isn't is when
thousands of mails have already be prepared and are clogging the server.
As soon as you unsubscribe no new ones to you go out, but as we see once
in a great while (especially when I switch servers!) too many emails are
already queued up :)
