Dan,
Thanks for rescuing this charming memoir from oblivion! I rather think that
if you could get a publishing firm to organize pictures, it would sell quite
well in the Houston symphony foyer, and also on the web, and it would have a
long shelf-life. Pictures would have to include a thumb-plate and
conservatoire oboe.
