The Galpin Society Journal is available through JSTOR but there's about
a 5-year gap between the current published issue and the latest
available issue. The Society website looks pretty awful, so it doesn't
look like they are very web-savvy in terms of getting their material out
there.

It's a shame; they surely generate plenty of interesting material, and
could reach far more people online ...
