On the contrary. These days I sanitize my posts as much as possible to
limit tangential discussion that might include some sort of
recrimination.
Before posting the original post I thought, "Ab clarinets are being
discussed. We just came across Ab clarinet parts in Rigoletto. Some
might be interested in that". Only after posting did I realize that
mentioning the inclusion of Eb clarinet parts might bring the
integrity of the person who played it on Eb into question. It was a
rookie mistake.
Believe me, it was not a setup - I'm not that clever! :-)
