Clearly you've never done Bulgarian dancing; to those of us who have, music like this makes it hard to remain seated, even in the office. Though the clarinet playing is pretty impressive in this recording, the beat is not very clear and it would be hard to dance to because of that. Good Bulgarian (or Macedonian) dance music makes the quicks (2s) and slows (3s) distinct enough to do the steps. If you want to see what it looks like, here's a Ruchenitsa, which is a 7/16 meter, otherwise counted '1-2,1-2,1-2-3' or 'quick, quick slow'. It is the best dance music EVER.

I have no idea how anyone would dance to this band's wedding music. It makes my head go dizzy trying to find the downbeat. Igor Popov and his Bulgarian wedding band. I salute them all.
