To Whom It May Concern -

I have lost the name and address of the lady who has a music business
that
deals in clarinets located west of Chicago - in Illinois I believe.

I communicated with her over a year ago and due to computer problems
lost her name, business name and address and phone number.

Can anyone offer guidance on how I might reestablish communication
with her.
