yes. way at the bottom of the screen on the left you will see little tiny boxes with the numbers "1 2 3 4" those stand for layers. you are now in layer 1. click layer two and the notes will appear in red but you will be able to put different rythmic values on top of the others. (if you have a black and white printer it will obviously still print black and white.) I think layer 3 is green and layer 4 is blue.... but you'll figure it out.
