It sounds like you've tried out loads of solutions already. Could you not use a pickup for your effects pedals - and the stand mounted dynamic mics to retain some better tone, if that's what you want, then adjust everything in the mix. In addition to the pickups you mentioned there is also this one on the market:

but - although they talk a good product, I've no idea whether it's any good - but at least I don't think it requires drilling into the barrel. It claims to have a 30 day money back guarantee - and maybe you could enquire whether that would hold if you'd tried it out and it didn't do what you want.

I'd be interested to hear about which solution you eventually adopt.

Accidently sent with wrong title.

OK. I want the pickup to amplify my clarinet and bass clarinet in some specific
situations. For example a loud stage playing with electric guitar, bass, etc.
using effect pedals so everything I play is captured without problems of other
loud instruments getting into the mic or some notes not captured as good. In
addition be able to switch relatively comfortably between soprano and bass
clarinets.

None of the mics I mentioned I have or have tried work well enough
for all situations (these include various stand-mounted dynamic and condenser
mics, clip on mics by AMT, AKG and Shure). The problems are notes are not
captured evenly enough and/or impossible to make it loud enough without
feedback or other sounds getting in too.

Here is an example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x2Jm9JwHSNI it could be
something like this or sometimes more experimetal and like less rock.

I heard some pickups sound completely not like a clarinet at all and almost
exactly like a synth. I don't expect it to sound exactly like my natural tone
but the pickup I linked all sound at least ok in some samples I heard. But it's
hard to choose from samples and it looks like I have to order blind unless it's
possible to make it somehow.
