I was thinking about football player tooth guards, but haven't had any
experience with them, so decided not to mention them. I should think
that they could be cut off of the helmet, if necessary, but more
likely get a new one before it has been attached to the helmet. I
can't tell whether the ones cited on Amazon have space for the upper
teeth. Obviously, if you are trying to protect your lower teeth, you
don't want a space for the upper teeth and I would imagine that
football mouthguards might have space for the teeth. Have you played
football? -Jennifer

Hmmm. A pacifier might be a good thing. I am having the hardest time
with compulsive eating. It is almost as bad as it was when I became a
lock-and-key kid in third grade. A friend liked to go up to the
pharmacy to get candy and, I think once I'd been up there, I liked
going there too. Then there was the instant pudding mixes at home,
where I'd mix up a two or four cup batch of the stuff and eat it all
in one sitting in front of the TV... I have been chewing gum to keep
me from eating, but it can get a bit excessive. Maybe I need a hunk
of pacifier rubber to chew on, not necessarily the pacifier itself.
...still wouldn't keep me from posting though.

XOXOXO
