Three I don't know, but the Schindelmeisser concerto for four clarinets and
orchestra is a charmer.

Subject: [kl] Triple Concertos?

What is out there in terms of triple clarinet concertos?

One of our clarinet players in orchestra is leaving at the end of this year
(her
surgeon husband got a job on the other side of the country), and we want to
find
something to play together. All 3 of us have A and Bb. I have a bass and an
eefer. Our principal player also has bass experience (he sold his bass, but
could use mine if necessary). I'm not sure about our 3rd player (the one who
is
moving). She doesn't have an eefer or bass and I'm not sure if she has
played
either of them. I didn't find anything through Google, so I'm asking a
collective of knowledgable minds.

Thank you! :)

Rachel
