The Protec is an inexpensive solution, but you get what you pay for.
It closes with a zipper, which is the only thing that holds the case
closed. It's light, at the cost of less protection, at least to me.

With my Buffets, the troughs for the joints are too long and wide,
letting things rattle around inside. Peter Spriggs advised me to cut
pieces of padding to fit at the ends of each joint, and if you ship
the instrument for repair or maintenance, you should also wedge the
joints in with foam rubber.
