Carry-all cases are usually considered the ones that have a compartment to carry the SHEET MUSIC, generally in the lid, so it is protected, held flat, and not applying pressure on the instrument.

A 'Carry-all Case' is one that has extra compartments for more stuff.
Stuff like a tuner, a neck strap, etc. I can't be bothered with
multiple bags - getting lazy in my old age.
