There are various editions, including at least one for clarinet and 'cello/bassoon. The late Bill Waterhouse always reckoned that the 'cello part was really a basso continuo line and that keyboard was required; he published a version like this.
If you want the bassoon & "cello version you can get a version on line from Neue Mozart Ausgabe, import it into Finale & edit the parts yourself as to what you want.
