Surbiton, on the clarinet map - is where Charles Draper (Somerset 1869-1952
Surbiton), sometime 'Musician-in-Ordinary' to Queen Victoria until her death
in 1901, eventually returned to live with his daughter at 5 Alexandra Drive,
having lost his wife in 1940 and then spent the remaining war years with his
son in Jamaica.
