I have one similar to the Tush Cush. It's wedge shaped, too, with a cutout
for the tailbone. I use it when rehearsing and practicing. The pain relief
is wonderful. It also raises me up in height some, so I can pull the stand
up. I bought it at Fry's Electronics... an "As seen on TV' product. And,
yes, it does help my sciatic pain.
