Had a surgical procedure to my tailbone a couple of years ago. A seat
cushion marketed as "TUSH CUSH" was recommended. I got one for my car
and one to take to work. It was wonderful. Do a google search and you
can find them. It is wedge shaped (a little higher in back) and has a
cut-out for the tailbone area. May help for sciatica, too.
