I get pains in my hind end. If I slouch on the chair, sitting on my
lower back (w/my bum forward), rather than squarely back against the
chair back, I get what I imagine is the end of my coccyx smashing
against the soft tissue. I am sure that you are not slouching in your
chair, but I think the way one sits does affect whether nerves get
pinched.

Sitting on a hard chair for long periods of time will also make the
soft tissues of my bum and upper thighs feel like they've gone though
a meat grinder and are ready to be put on the griddle for hamburgers.

I have other instances, which I haven't mentally worked out what seems
to be happening yet...
