I am suffering from a rather painful case of sciatica at the moment and
would like to find a seat cushion to use on some of the chairs I need to
sit on, including the plastic chairs they have in our orchestra
rehearsal room.

What I think I want is some that is completely flat, perhaps 1 to 1 1/2
inches thick. I can picture the kind of cushion people take to sporting
events (but without the logo to jack up the cost).

Any suggestions?
