I have some memory that the Quintet may have originally been published
by Novello, but I'm not sure. (Certainly Novello published other SCT
works, like Hiawatha.)

I don't know about the Nonet. The only lead I have on it is a recording
made by an American ensemble, who I think may have prepared parts from
the manuscript.

I'll do some digging. If others can do the same, it would be great. :-)
