Two things:

The first is that it's important to be honest about what you feel. 'Pretending to feel' leads to emotional death.

The second is that it doesn't work to try to force love, or even attraction, on anyone else. That's particularly true in relationships with people; but I think it's also true in relationships with things.

So, I say you don't have to like the Mozart concerto.

For quite a few years, for various reasons, I didn't like it myself.
