I find it hard to belive that you can't find the score in Israel.
Did you speak with violin players. What about Sholmo Mintz? Hagai
Shaham?.
Eyal Ein Habar played it last season.
Did you check the library
of the IPO? Or even Jerusalem Sym.
Maybe the wife of Yuri Aharonovich has it at home (in Jerusalem!).
There are so many violin players from the CCCP in Israel- some one must
have it.
