Janice,

I have just released a breathing technique and have thought about
breathing a lot. I am a pro clarinetist who had some breathing
problems a few years ago.

There are a number of issues which may be causing problems for you,
from tight neck to tight shoulders or sternum. However it is difficult
to say without seeing you play. If you use Skype would be happy to try
to help you via a video call.

Sincerely,
David Thomas
